About Your Host - Zach Scannapieco

Zach spent years in high-pressure tech sales—until stress, burnout, and low energy forced him to make a change.

That shift led him to invest deeply in personal growth, health, and mindset, eventually becoming a certified Flow60 instructor under Mike Chang.


Flow60 blends Qi-Gong, strength, stretching, breathwork, and meditation to recharge the body and calm the mind.

Zach now leads daily sessions at the beachfront retreat center, helping guests feel focused, confident, and energized.

His background includes roles as a Peak Performance Strategist at the Flow Research Collective and a Metabolic Advisor at V Shred—guiding top performers and everyday people to increase energy, productivity, and health through science-backed and holistic methods.

7:30 - 8:30 AM: Morning Flow60 practice 

8:30 - 11:00 AM: Ice bath, surf session, ocean dip, etc. 

10:00 - 11:30 AM: Breakfast

12:00 - 5:00 PM: Excursions (hikes, waterfalls), Workshops (lifestyle design, nervous system reset, entrepreneurship), Lunch, Free-time 

4:00 - 5:00 PM: (Optional) Strength Training - Monday, Wednesday, & Friday

5:00 - 6:00 PM: Yoga or sunset walk/surf

Frequently Asked Questions

Which airport should I fly into?

Puerto Plata (POP) is the easiest and closest airport—about 25 minutes away. Transportation to and from POP airport is included. You could also fly into Santiago (STI) or Santo Domingo (SDQ), though they're further away and require additional transportation.

Are flights included in the retreat price?

Flights are not included. However, we provide complimentary transportation to and from Puerto Plata airport (POP).

Do I need to participate in all activities?

No. Nothing on this retreat is mandatory. Every activity is designed for your benefit, but you're free to participate at your own comfort level.

Will there be internet available?

Yes! Reliable Wi-Fi is available across the entire property.

Can I join the retreat and still manage my work online?

Yes—if your schedule is flexible. You can definitely attend while working remotely, though you might need to occasionally skip activities to accommodate your commitments.

Is there free time to relax or explore on my own?

Yes, you'll have plenty of downtime throughout the retreat to unwind, explore, or simply recharge as needed.
